Mesra Alam Borneo Sdn.Bhd. ( holding company of Mesra Alam International Sdn.Bhd. )
has an exclusive technology transfer and distribution agreement with Sustainable Community
Development, LLC ( SCD ). SCD is owned by Probiotic Holdings, LLC ( PHB ), located in
Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

Mesra Alam Group is in the business of providing organic solutions to agriculture and the
environement. The people in Mesra Alam Group believes that the increasing changes in the
world environment such as global warning, and climate change which in turn leads to natural
disasters like land erosion, land slides, draught, floods, pollution and so on are largely due to
the endless usage of chemicals that pollutes the environment. Mesra Alam Group believes that
the use of organic solutions such as Efficient Microbes ( EM ) Biotechnology can effectively
enhance productivity of agricultural systems, especially organic systems and in reducing
environment pollution. Mesra Alam Group is in the business or reviving, restoring and
conserving our environment.
SCD is the premier global provider of probiotic EM technology. SCD markets all natural
EM-based products directly to consumers and through distributors for health, home and garden
uses. SCD also works with industrial partners to develop industry changing applications using
EM technology in the fields of organic agriculture, animal health, waste remediation and
industrial cleaning.

Recaventure Sdn. Bhd. is our contract manufacture. They produced our bio organic farm
products such as Bio Organic Fertilisers, Bio Pest Repellent, and Bio Animal additives.
Integrated Environmental Consultants Sdn. Bhd. work closely with MAB for Environmental
Impact Assessment (EIA) including analysis and prediction of impacts, comparison/evaluation of
environmental conditions, mitigation and abatement measures in the final project plan;
monitoring plans. Sustainable Community Development (SCD), LLC, USA is our principle and
partner for international market.
Subsidiary

Mesra Alam International Sdn. Bhd. (MAI) is MABs marketing arm. MAI is actively
seeking new markets locally and abroad.

Management

Management consists of five individuals who have extensive experience in various

professional fields. These are Patrick Sigar, Dennis Dayung, Percival Panai, Fauziah Hajad and
Jay Rahman. Each individual brings a unique outlook and skill set that will help drive the
Company to achieve its ultimate goal. The Advisor for business development and marketing of
Mesra Alam Borneo Sdn Bhd. is Mr. Patrick Sigar. The Managing Director and head of
operations is Mr. Percival Panai, the head of Human Resource and Finance is Mr. Dennis

B.A in Business Administration from Ohio University, USA. Mr. Dennis Dayung Sigar has 27
years working experiences in multinational companies. He started out
as a Bank Officer in charge of loan applications in 1981 to 1985. He then moved to work for
Sarawak Shell Bhd. in 1985 up until 2008. During his time in Shell, he held numerous important
positions which include HR Business Partner (Advisor) for Asia Pacific Region, Principal HR
Executive, Principal Contract Executive Team Leader, Procurement General Services, Head
Joint-Venture Accounts, and Cash Planning & Forecasting.

Fauziah Hajad, Administrative Director

Bachelor of Science Degree in Administrative Information Systems Management, Winona,
Minnesota U.S.A: Fauziah has a background in Finance and Administrative management and
worked for many years with the Sutera Habour Resort in Sabah, mainly in an administrative
role, but also actively working on Human Resource/personnel Management.

Discussion
In our environment today, industrial age accelerates global warming. That began with the start
of the industrial revolution, when new agricultural and industrial practices began to alter the
global climate and environment. Before that time, human activities did not release many
greenhouse gases, but population growth, deforestation, factory pollution, increased use of
chemical in farming, and wide spread use of fossil fuels are creating an excess of greenhouse
gases in the atmosphere and contributing to global warming. With the global warming on the
increase and species habitats on the decrease, the chances of various ecosystems to adapt
naturally are diminishing. With the establishment of Mesra Alam Borneo Sdn.Bhd., the
