No state or local agency shall administer any student survey, assessment, analysis,
or evaluation that solicits information about the student or family concerning:

No funds from any source shall be used on construction, enhancement,
maintenance, or expansion of any data system that does not comply with these
limitations.
No state or local system can apply for, or accept, any grant that would require the
collecting or reporting of data in violation of this act.
State agencies and education institutions shall publicly and conspicuously disclose
on their websites the existence and character of any form of education records or
teachers records maintained by the agencies or education institutions, directly or
through contracts with outside parties. Parents and teachers will be notified
annually of the website posting. The principal purpose for which the information is
intended to be used will be disclosed also.
No state assessment, including national student assessment, shall be adopted or
administered that collects any type of psychological data.
Only local education authorities can access a students education records, excluding
those exceptions outlined in this act.
No student data shall be used for predictive modeling
No student may be denied services in a local education institution because his or
her parent has exercised any right provided by this act.
A student may not be required or coerced by a local education agency into
producing social media passwords or grant access to social media accounts.
A student may not be denied access to any public educational service or grade
advancement in the public schools for failure to participate in or utilize any
assessments, career counseling, workshops, psychological counseling session, or
other activities that the parent of the student deem inappropriate or offensive.
A parent may submit in writing the name of the program or programs they choose
not to participate in. (From those listed in previous paragraph.) In choosing this
option the student will be offered a reasonable academic alternative.
