Narrative

Drug Task Force Investigators from the Potsdam Police

Department, assisted by SLCSO Task Force members and the
NYSP, executed a search warrant on Bay Street as part of an
ongoing investigation into the distribution of narcotics in the
Potsdam area. Benko and Bryington were found to be in
possession 4.5 ounces of Marihuana, a small amount of
Methylphenidate hydrochloride pills as well as approximately
$15,000.00 in cash. Benko and Bryington were released on
appearance tickets, returnable in Potsdam Town Court on
03/03/2016 at 12:00pm. This investigation is on-going and
additional charges are pending.
