have complained to your office many times against Walt Monegan and his abusing cops, "if
they came" on burgalaries calls from me, with no badges, no name tags, refused to issue me
cards, hang up on me, calling me nuts, calling me liar, had no cruisiers , nothing, who
still don't want to investigate brake in to my safe deposit box at Wells Fargo Sears mall

later used at SSA for fraud, with no investigation ever, where i was
called a lier by Jim Page, and kicked out in 2006 and managers stephany pendry an mrs
Vonada refused to believe me, my Marriage Cert citizen certt. at SSA "someone" drawing
my pension for 2 years prior to my application for widow's pension, wher i was declared
deceased, which conviniently was clean up" upon me complaining, by Monegans cops all my
info changed and noone wanted to correct it, At SCCC then now ACMHS i was refered by dr
Gren (prov clinic) they would help me with rides, advocacy, computer lessons, but they
abused me, forecd me to see lucy curtis shrink,or NO computer classes, advocay rides etc,
curtis in cahoots with cops to try to make me look insane and non credible
complaining aginst cops, I did not know i had the right to refuse,
ACMHS Curtis never addresed my rape, & did NOTHING for my rape problem, all she wanted to
know what i knew about cops, and who was giving me tips, setting me up in cahoots with
cops to try to frame me, so cop
abuses are not known, shrink Curtiss had cops and drug dealers taping
me in the next room, SSA where Betsi young and Gary Maher illigally "read my rights"
before my application, coer sed by cops, refusing to correct my tampered personal info in
SSA computers, In 10 years NO state office wanted to investigate this 2 FEDERAL crimes
and burgalaries, death threats, poisonings to my food, I contacted Monegan many times he
never answered (through a vicky who said" knows") I contacted also FBI, charles, Vicky,
Ron told me "its a civil matter get a lawyer!, other "we only investigate over 100
thousand and up", when suspition only triggers an FBI investigation, every law enforcement
office deniying me my civil rights, cop cohersed state offices as greg Moyer @ombudsman,
police ethics, Monegan's office Honeman, Jenkings , jennings, Jones called me a liar and
hang up, TO MORE THAN 80 local and fed offices all dening me help on advise of APD cops &
abuses in full knowledge of Walt Monegan then chief of this crooked police who came when
i called "if they came" only to humilIate me, off. Jennings Jenkins, Much, calling me

others denied me justice, then i called on you and nothing, ) I experiencing constant
burgalries to my apt (office using copy of my key) with more than 300 items stolen, all
documents with my name with rancho tudor apt managers in full knowledge, who they gave my
stolen stuff and lease documents to cop links, trying to prove how "derranged and NON
credible" i was, that I never existed in anchorage, threatening my family to "cooperate
or else", fraud to the SSA, 9 shoots, death treats to me, never investigated by cops or
anyone, someone who broke at Wells Fargo bank here in anchorage, also gave me fake cheks,
no WF endorsement in my cheks, denial of justice Jim Page was very segregating insultin,
calling a liar and gave me 30 days to vacate rather than investigate witn NO letter of
eviction, or who forged my sig, and who gave master key out, Pendry, Vonada, emperador,
Veronica, mrs Emerson knew all. and denided me receipst for any transaction or to
investigate cop abuses an why they were getting my
receipts, crooks who slandered us, told everyone i was a molestor,
thief, nut, and criminal, when I am a Bible reading catholic christian.
i was lured and abused by ACMHS where instead of rides i got taxi not in computer rides,
abuse, threats, locked up with smelly guys by staff who responded to fugitive drug
dealers links, or cops calling to make me look like a insane stting me up everywhere, so
my complaints to authorities were dissmlssed, when I complained.
I & my family were threatened, abused since 1998 at Adeide section 8 by Geraldine felder&
Peggy, At Mallalry apts by Pat fullerton, joy johnston, a martin guy, all issed me NO
receipts for rent ever, cops had doctors deny me medical services at providence clinic &
hospita ER where "i was pie registred" (for an emergency?) & a deserted hospital or
controlled by cops i was almost killed by not related to stomach ache IV by dr "hall"and a
oriental, before I was told, by drs, Lemaster, hawkins, Snyder, Keppler "U have no
infection its all in your head go to the shrinkett", while i had a fowl smell and green
stuff coming out of my nose, a black tonge, Dr. kepler said same thing NO med! on 10-2-7,
i was deleted from providence computerr appointments, given the run around by gloria,
stephany, donna, thus lately thretened by ACMHS to be taken to "their dentist" after i
got a threat which would to put me to sleep with novacane", my teeth rotted in one year
and NO dentist wanted to work on me all threatened, so I die of infection.
ACMHS fully acted in cahoots withAPD.
in many more abuses, humilIations and discrimination, I complained to Begich office and
staff for 6 years who also deleted my complains aducing "we can't force cops to do
anything" & other nonse, NOT one office investigated these abuses in 10 years, nor when we
got death threats, poisoned food (empty containers later stolen) many other abuses too
many to mention in 10 years, by ACS, CABLE, ATT, CARRS, Wallmart which were deserted or
controlled by APD CROOKS when i shopped, many timens when i got sick by store bought food,
i went to Providence ER where i was "preregistred" an cops getting my lab results and
discharge papers, like they knew i was gonna get sick with laced food, on 9-17-1- I was
given and IV which almost killed me, not related to my stomach pain, as i almost passed
out on first frops i had to pull it out, and
noone came while it beeped for 1/2 hour, later 2 cops took the lab
tests from my nurse, and walked to the exit door on a deserted hosp floor, telling me one
person "they are going to murder you because u are a threat because of your acquintance
with a bolivian ex-president friend of U S presidents," who had sent me and email and
cops saw it, of whom APDS and drug dealing pals were getting extra secret info, as his
address, how many bodyguards, number of plane he flew, secretarys name etc to hurt him,
all from a link through a fake bolivian newspaper which cops designed and i read, later i
could not even open the newspaer or any bolivian link, many more abuses like locking me
out pf my apt while i went shoping changing the lock, almost run over, threats, men with
guns at my door, cops threatening every human i hapepend to say hi to included my family,
ID theft by cops and Adelide drug dealers trying to prove i di not existed in alaska
creating another Cristina Platt, delinquent cops and APD phone operators who have in their
side many "pillars of society" as Pals not happy with me complaining about cops &
robbers. of more than 300 items stolen from my apt and not 1 of of ice wanting to
investigate, coersed by cops, all on account of me getting an email from a ex-president
of Bolivia many bad things started to happen to me, crooks though i was an illiterate

Adelide, 1999 at mallary apts, where I was more abused, and moke b drug dealin cops as
aevery one knew it and was forced to shut up, my mail rerouted, acounts closed, 30
internet poetic pages closed by "somone" mail rerouted, terrorizing who ever said hi to

moneygram waM, wells fargo, etc, my phone calls intercepted and rerouted to an unknown
"david's cell" (per ACS who tried to hide this matter later) my mail and emails to the
bolivian ex-president and to my brother Carlos G Rodriguez Torres in Las Vegas, letters
never reachd ex-president, even paying 9 dollars for stamps with NO receipts, all gone to
APD all offices denied me help to investigate Monegan and his abusing LT Honeman, Lt
Jenkins, jennings, jones called me a liar and hang up, Wesley said "all was in my mind"
after I reported an attempt to set fire to my apt, by a teen, errasing evidence by mowing
this side never done before, sending children to touch us to set us up for molestation, on
our comp also, (as these cops/delinquents did to a cop Cohen,) Officer Hawkinson moked
me, Off. Much called me "spaceship" all humillated me, segregated me and moked me, then
YOU mrs Palin name Monegan "a chief Justice or so"? he should've been fired long ago if
