development. You will also delve into looking at basic personality traits, including values,
beliefs, and nature versus nurture. You will learn about your own personality and how
you can use that information in career choices and to make changes. You will also learn
about some personality disorders and how to put all the information together to use it to
your personal or career advantage.
With this course you can literally stop wondering about why you or someone you know
behaves a particular way. By the time you complete this course you will know how
someone's personality develops and how that information can be useful.
This course is especially helpful for those who are striving to learn more about who they
are, which direction their life should take, to learn more about others around them, or
even if they work in human resources and want to learn more about personalities and
how it may impact who they hire.

This course will not require you to have previous experience in any particular area but
