NINATS Investment Catering Services is one of the leading catering and
related support service companies in Uganda. In just a short period,
NINATS Catering Services has become one of the independent contract
catering companies, serving daily over 1,700 meals/day in the different
business, industry, health and education sectors, to whom we offer
various catering packages.
Currently we are proud to provide in Kampala alone over 500 meals
and related services to high profile and corporate companies. NINATS
Investment Catering Services and food stuff provided a multinational
highly qualified team to manage and operate the catering and
maintenance service on this demanding project. A full balanced menu
for both a la carte and buffet services is provided, with colourful and
tasteful foods with multi ethic pallet.

price and delivery time. No one can emphasize enough the importance
of a high quality product that is competitively priced and delivered to a

NINATS Investment Catering Services is a proudly Ugandan private
limited Business owned and run full service catering company with her
head office located in Luzira, Lake Side Drive, Plot number 14. It is a
family

based

company

founded

in

2005

by

Experienced

and

enterprising directors; Mr. Katusiime Allan Ricky and Mrs. Katusiime

Kongai Veronica.

It is a combination of both their respective

experiences in food service & event management that culminated

into this wonderful entity. Their leadership qualities and tenacity
allowed them to bring NINATS Investment Catering Services to where it
is today.

service, which will include a whole range of vegetarian and nonvegetarian foods, fruits and drinks to suite your taste and preferences.
We also provide a buffet for and ensure optimum freedom of choice of
what our clients want to eat.

Meals will be prepared in a very clean and hygienically accepted

secure environment. Our food service staff will be fully competent,

trained, punctual, and service oriented and dressed in the correct attire
and personal protective equipment for the correct handling and service
of food.

Meals will be presented in an appealing and eye-catching

manner that will reflect the quality and care with which they have been
prepared by our dedicated team who have an excellent record of
accomplishment ,many years of experience and with regular training
in; Customer care , Health, Safety and Environmental standards and
fully compliant with the clients food safety policy.

We customize and tailor make menus to suit our customers

needs. This is done with due consideration of the nutritional needs of

the various staff based on their jobs. Sample Menus indicating our
various Food offerings can be availed upon request. We have an
inventory management system that we use to manage supplies and
food requirements.

Our policy allows for changes to be made on the Menus from

time to time on an ongoing basis to suit our customer appetite while

giving consideration to the impact on the Supply chain. Suggestions on
any required changes based on food availability are also permissible to
us and we are very flexible on this. A suggestion Box will be Placed in
the Cafeteria to allow for improvement of service propositions. Our
staff are well trained to handle large numbers with speed and accuracy
while not compromising Quality of service.
