Narrative

Patrol observed the listed suspect driving south on Market Street

and make a right turn onto Sandstone Drive from the middle
lane, failing to use the turn only lane. A traffic stop was
initiated and further investigation revealed that Tougas was
intoxicated. Tougas was taken into custody and was transported
to the Potsdam Police Department where he was processed and
released on traffic tickets. Tougas had a BAC of .19%.
