1. The Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the British Red Cross through
Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) would like to invite interested bidders

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures

using the Red Cross Procurement Procedures.
3. The deadline for the letter of intent to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference
will be on NOVEMBER 4, 2015 at 5:00 oclock in the afternoon. You
may send your letter of intent through the address & contact email address
stated below.
4. The Philippine Red Cross will hold a Site Visit/Inspection on NOVEMBER 9,
2015. Pre-Bid Conference will be on NOVEMBER 10, 2015 in PRC-BRC
office in Municipality of Ajuy, Sitio Gaas. Pre-Bid Conference and Site
Inspection shall be open to all interested parties who have secured a copy
of the bid document. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available
for issuance and may be examined by the interested bidders during the
Pre-bid Conference. The bid document shall be received personally by the
prospective bidder or his authorized representative.
5. Interested bidders shall submit their duly accomplished Application for
Eligibility Statement/ Document and Bid/ Tender Documents to the
Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, Philippine Red Cross, Iloilo
Chapter, Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City.
6. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and must be marked and delivered to
the address given below on or before NOVEMBER 20, 2015 until 5:00
PM. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bidders not complying with the format
and instructions to bidders given in the bid document will be disqualified.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form indicated in the
bid documents.
7. OPENING OF BIDS and EVALUATION is set exactly at 10:30 in the morning
onward on NOVEMBER 23, 2015 at the office of Philippine Red CrossIloilo Chapter, Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City
8. The completion of work shall be on or before to be scheduled (TBS)
commencing upon receipt of Notice to Proceed unless for reasonable
grounds another period is specified.

9. All bidders are required for accreditation with Philippine Red Cross, if not
accredited yet, with corresponding fee in lieu thereof.
10.The PRC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding
process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders. It likewise
assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the
prospective bidders for any expenses incurred in the processing of their
eligibility to bid and/or in the preparation of the bid.
