Flower Pot Cottage is the 4th ‘kit’ package to be released from Petite 
Properties’ quarter scale series.  The inspiration for this quintessential 
cottage came from the beautiful  
local vernacular of  the  
Idyllic  Dorset coast...

‘technical’  expansion  as  it  will  enable  me  to  offer  a 
much  greater  variety  of  smaller  scale  miniatures, 
publications and kits via mail order than ever before! 

Postage/shipping costs on orders placed via the new 
online shop are calculated by  weight  to ensure that 
savings  are  passed  directly  onto  our  customers  and 
we  notably do not charge for packaging! 

Over the coming months I will be adding many, many

MINIATURA If  I  am  honest,  I  am  probably 

still  officially  recovering  from

The  Petite  Properties  stand  will  be  at  the  fabulous  Pusey  Doll  House  Show, 
Leeds on the 17th April.  (Stand 54)  As ever we will have a limited number of

1:24th scale houses that can be purchased at the show and taken home the same 
day!  Please note we will have only one of each property, so once they are gone, they are gone!  
We will of course also have our full range of  project books and kits available; including the two 
new releases: Flower Pot Cottage and the new 1:48th scale furniture book too…

PETITE PROPERTIES’ ONLINE CLUB
Petite Properties' online dolls house and miniatures club was founded back in 2008 in   
order to create a fun ‘virtual’ online meeting place for miniature DIY enthusiasts who 
enjoy creating in ANY of the ‘miniature’ scales!. 
 The  ‘Beehive’  now  has  over  230  members  from  all  over  the  world,  who  come         
together to  share tips, ideas and techniques.  Of course I am there too, on hand on a 
daily basis to give help and advice where I can and also to have a good old natter with 
fellow members around the world. 
So whatever miniature project you are working on ‐ whether it's bringing to life your 
own Petite Property interior, working on the projects or room boxes featured in any 
of  my  'how  to  book's  or  something  completely  different  ‐  why  not  join  us    at  the
