Terms:

1. On [DATE OF PLAYER AGREEMENT], G2 and you entered into your G2 Team

Member Agreement (Agreement).

2. G2 has agreed to your player transfer to FaZe Clan (another eSports club) under a
separate transfer agreement (Transfer).

3. You are therefore released as a G2 team member, subject to FaZes compliance

with the Transfer AND the following:
a.

Continuing terms. You must comply with any remaining ongoing parts of
the Agreement (for example, regarding the return of any G2 property
which we request back).

b.

No other obligations owed by G2. You release G2 from all obligations and
liabilities under the Agreement; for the avoidance of doubt, this means
that G2 will not be responsible or liable to you for any remuneration,
benefits or rights to which may have been due if you had continued as a
G2 team member.

c.

Team Rehire. If G2 notifies you in writing that FaZe has breached its
transfer agreement with Gamers2 (for example, by failing to pay an
agreed transfer fee), then you agree that your player
agreement/relationship with FaZe will terminate immediately and G2 may
(but is not obliged to) rehire you as a G2 team member on the same
terms set out in the Agreement (unless mutually agreed otherwise). If so,
both G2 and you will take all necessary steps, including the execution of
additional documents, to ensure your rehiring as a G2 team member.

d.

Legal. (i) G2 makes no warranties or representations and accepts no

liability regarding the Transfer. (ii) You release and waive any claim
which you may have now or in the future and whether known or unknown
against G2 at any time in relation to the Agreement, the Transfer or other
matters between the parties. (c) The total liability of G2 to you whether in
contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise will in no circumstances
exceed the amount of the fees actually paid by G2 to you. In no event will
G2 be liable for any loss of earnings, profits, charges or expenses, loss of
business opportunity, reputational loss or harm, or any special,
exemplary, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage or
disruption of any kind at any time. (d) You agree on demand to indemnify
and hold harmless G2 (and keep it indemnified and held harmless) from
and against any and all damages, claims, suits, actions, judgments,
settlements, contributions, fines, penalties, costs, including legal fees and
costs, arising out of or connected to the Transfer or Agreement.

4. General. (i) Each party will keep this transfer form, the Agreement and any
confidential information of the other party confidential and secure and will not
disclose or communicate it to any third party, except its professional
representatives or advisers or as required by law. (ii) This transfer form does not
create any exclusive relationship between the parties nor any partnership, joint
venture, employment or agency between them. (iii) No failure or delay by a party
to exercise any right under this transfer form or the Agreement or at law will be a
waiver of that right. (iv) Any variation of this transfer form must be in writing and
signed by the parties. (v) No assignment, sub-contracting or transfer of this

transfer form is possible without both parties prior written consent. (vi) Only a
party to this transfer form or the Agreement can enforce it. (vii) If any part of this
transfer form is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the rest of
the transfer form. (viii) This transfer form and the Agreement constitute the whole
agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between
them regarding its subject matter. Each party acknowledges that, in entering into
them, it has not relied on, and will have no right or remedy in respect of, any
statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than as expressly set out
in them. (ix) Each party pays its own costs regarding this transfer form. (x) This
transfer form is governed by Spanish law under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the Spanish courts.
