requirements to cut costs as much as possible (due to severe budgetary constraints) and
solution approach
Reviewed contractual deliverables with the domestic and the offshore delivery team
Wrote with technical team, solution plus statement of work (SOW) and budget

in scope would be delivered on time and within budget

Welch Allyn extended the five-year deal to ten years after the transformation they
