This document can help you manage your usernames, accounts and passwords. You may save it electronically in your network
folder or on a flash drive, or you may print it and hide it in a safe place (as long as you can remember where). Remember, we are
not supposed to share our passwords with others.
WHAT FOR???
1. Login to your LSD/LSVI/LSDVI
computer/ and network
NOTE: Windows 7 logins must include
the domain: LSD\username or
LSDVI\username. If you have
problems, contact the I.T. Dept.
2. Eduphoria / SchoolObjects
(Appraise, Helpdesk, Workshop,
etc.)

HINT HINT: For numbers 1, 2, and 3 above you can use the same password!! Just use it in ALL CAPS for WebPams/JPAMS. If
you need to change your network password, please let the I.T. Department know (submit a Helpdesk ticket). For the passwords
that need to change approximately every month, incorporate the month along with the password you use for 1,2 and 3 above.
EXAMPLE: BASIC PASSWORD = Computer. Use this for 1,2 and 3. For JPAMS, use COMPUTER. For the change monthly
password, use Computer9 in September (its the 9th month). In October, make is Computer10, in November its Computer11,
etc.
