Responsibility as an office Secretary and as a technical co-coordinator in


programming as well as administrative work such as budgeting, visa clearance report
preparation, Visa renewal, Resident card renewal, applying for new visa, Passport
renewal, Tender purchasing, preparation and submission of tender documents ,
Company Registrations renewal, arrangements of all staff &workers leave ,
settlement and air passage arrangements. etc.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation,
personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word
processing, database, and/or presentation software.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquires.
Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials
needed for the assignment task/work.
Sound knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as
word processing, managing files and records, stenography, designing forms, and
other office procedures and terminology.
Preparation of daily statistics.
Coordinates materials or special projects for assigned technical staff or individual
which may include preparing material/reports, distributing, and editing, formatting
and proofreading material.
