Provincial Nomination (PNP) Facility!
Canadian provinces have proclaimed their aims to admit the scheme under the
Express Entry plan. Other Canadian provinces will make declarations when the
time comes for the same.

These Canadian provinces have proclaimed their aims to admit the scheme
under the Express Entry plan. Other Canadian provinces will make declarations

under the provincial nomination--to fulfil the selection requirements (67 points
and every associated condition, like minimum 6.0 in every in IELTS).
Manitoba: The much talked about Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
(MPNP) proffers nomination to those globally trained and skilled aspirants who
possess the needed skills required by the local labour market in the specific
province.

Prince Edward Island: The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee

Program (PEI PNP) sets up nomination targets for every class under the
scheme, on the basis of its priorities. Currently, the CIC are only accepting
single form shared on the website for the Express Entry. After the form is
presented to their office, it serves as your Expression of Interest (EoI) to move
to the region.

Ontario: The OINP has put a provisional suspension on its base stream
allocation for this year. At present, the scheme is powerless to issue further
nominations under its base streams until January 4, 2016. A decision on the
already presented petitions, which have not still obtained a decision, will be
made next year. Base provincial nominations are essentially those nominations
made outside the structure of Express Entry. And, these are subject to particular
PNP Classes & processing standards.

Quebec: Thanks to quota reach, the administration of Quebec has shut down
its intake limits presently, even as the figure of candidates, to get the selection
certificate in printed version for the year 2015-2016 under the Regular Skilled
Worker Programme, stands at 3500. But, the candidates, who are already
about to file a petition for the Quebec Skilled Worker Programme (QSWP), can
do so, via the online application facility. This will be obtainable from January 18,
2016 onwards. Aspirants can use the facility till March 31, 2016, with the quota
of 2800 petitions.
