Our Consultant: Ms. Hasnas Bt Hussain
Ms. Hasnas Hussain currently serves at Pyrometro Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. as the company's Quality Manager
and Technical Manager. She has specializes in the measurement, calibration and laboratory quality
management system since 2004. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia
(USM). She is a trained and appointed as Internal Auditor for ISO/IEC 17025 and has experience in performing
internal audits for the organization and suppliers to organization in ensuring their conformance towards the
quality management system requirement.
Ms. Hasnas is responsible for handling the quality aspect of the whole company. She also oversees the
technical aspect of the calibration laboratories in the organization. She has successfully set up one of the
branches laboratory for accreditation from Standards Malaysia and is listed as one of SAMM Approved
Signatory. Her valuable experience working in accredited calibration laboratory has exposed her to the whole
process of calibration industry. As a Quality Manager of the company, she ensures compliant of the
organization towards the international standard and customer's requirement for calibration laboratories. She
also performs calibration services for her customers, and provides consultation on their calibration
requirements, calibration methods and reporting.
She has also conducted various on the job training and in house workshops for topics related to calibrations
and measurement uncertainty calculation. Ms. Hasnas develops her skill and knowledge in calibration through
continuous trainings provided by NML-SIRIM and other external and internal training provider. In 2008, she
represented Malaysia by participating in the Program on Measurement organized by The Association for
Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) in cooperation with Japan Electric Meters Inspection Corporation
(JEMIC) in Tokyo, Japan specializing in Temperature Measurement. She is as Certified Trainer under PSMB
(TTT/1929).

Calibration Training

2. Certificate: to be posted to the management
3. Certificate is issued to participants as written document required by ISO quality management system.
a) Certificate of competency - achieves score points above 70 %
b) Certificate of attendance - score points below 70%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Pyrometro Academy Sdn.Bhd. reserves the right to cancel,

postpone or make any changes to the venue and training
dates due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. Reservation can be made by telephone or email, but will
only be confirmed upon the received of completed
registration form and payment.
3. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you
have received written confirmation for your registration
from us.
4. No cancellation is allowed but a candidate replacement
can be arranged.
5. For confirm cancellation: 7 days notice prior to
commencement will subjected to RM500 service charge. If
less than 7 days notice, there will be no refund.
