Dec. 9, Wed.- Jr. Youth, JGA and JBA will meet at the Bowmansville Mennonite
Church, from 7-8:30 p.m. Jr. Youth will have a Christmas Party, including a gift
exchange. Bring a $5 gift to share. Also, boys should bring a salty snack, and girls

should bring a sweet snack. JGA will be making Gingerbread Houses, and Hot
Chocolate Baggies. JBA will be working on wood projects.
Dec. 13, Sun.- You are invited to the Christmas program at Red Run, at 7 p.m.
Dec. 14-18, Mon.-Fri.-MDS Work Week at the rental property. A sign-up sheet
is in the Narthex. Plan to help as you can, every day all day, or partial days or week.
Dec. 16, Wed.- Bowmansville District Sewing Circle will meet at the
Bowmansville Mennonite Church in the morning and afternoon. You are invited to
take a few hours to help quilt, sew on a sewing machine, or to knot comforters. The
project for this month is Hygiene Kits. Also, please be in prayer regarding the
election of officers, which will take place this month. Ladies of all ages are
welcome!
-Bible quizzing season is fast approaching! Anyone who is interested in
participating (January-March 2016) is invited to pick up an information sheet on the
narthex table. See Darlene if you have additional questions.
-The Weaverland Mennonite Church is looking for a full-time pastor of youth
and post-grad ministries beginning the summer of 2016. More information and an
application is available at www.weaverland.org under "Want to get involved? We
have an opening" The review of applications will begin on January 31, 2016
