HYPERDIMENSIONS AND THE MULTIDIMENSIONAL-SELF

This is something that Ive been meaning to talk about for a while. The idea
revolves around Hyper-Dimensions. But truthfully, what I am going to talk about
has more to do with Astral Projection than anything else. Now, understand that this
is not going to be a talk about how to perform such a thing as Astral Projection.
What I intend to do here is provide some ideas regarding the nature of such a thing.
It might be obvious to you that the majority of religions on Earth speak of some
form of Self that goes beyond that of the Physical-Self. In the Bible, this nonphysical self is known as the Spiritual Body. Some mystical systems refer to it as
the Astral Body. They speak of this self in such a way that they also imply that this
self exists in a particular plane. It exists independently of the physical world. In
this plane that is known as the Astral Plane, masters of what is referred to as Astral
Projection can move freely. Non-Physical communication can happen in this plane
without anyone in the physical world noticing a thing.
Now, this is something extraordinary!
Now, while some might say this is something Supernatural, I prefer to take a
different approach. I would say that if such a plane exists, it has to be something of
more dimensions than the 4-dimensional Space-Time continuum that were
familiar with. Of course, youve got to understand that being of more dimensions
than the traditional 3-dimensional space and 1-dimensional time does not
necessarily make something supernatural. In fact, according to String Theory, there
are more than the 3 dimensions of space. The Theory, actually, insist on the idea
that space is of 10 dimensions---which gives us an 11-dimensional Universe. In
fact, you remove 1 dimension and the whole theory falls apart.
So, what does that say about Astral Projection? Could the laws of the Universe
actually have place for such a thing?
Lets look at another possibility.

As I am talking about that, I cant help but to think of some of the stories of
Terence McKenna. Here is a man who had the skills of exploring ideas (however
strange they might be) in such a way as to make you a believereven for the
moment alone.
I think of his explanations of the otherthe type of psychedelic experiences that
come with the hallucinogenic drugs he use to experiment with. He talks often
about the machine-elves that seem to exist in a dimension of Reality that is only
accessible with an altered-state of consciousness. These machine-elves seem to
exist in some kind of Hyper-dimension. Could it be that this Hyper-Dimension is
what is in many religious or mystical teachings known as the Astral plane? I mean,
from his own account, these places that the magic mushrooms (or whatever)
allow you to access are what the shamans would refer to as the spirit worlds. As
they say, these entities are the spirits.
It could be that the word Spirit means a lot more than what is usually understood
by it. It could be that it has nothing to do with the Supernaturalbut simply a word
that refers to a very complex set of reactions/actions. In that case, could it be that
the Astral Plane or the Aetheric World is the same as the Spirit World?

The use of Mathematics

Now, suppose for an instant that these dimensions are not only mathematically
observable, but that objects navigating these dimensions are also mathematically
observable, as long as these objects can be mathematically defined. Suppose that
we had a mathematical description of consciousness. Suppose that we had a
Mathematical formula of Intelligencea formula in which the nature of
Consciousness was clearly and accurately expressed. Could it mean that we could
observe the astral self navigating these dimensions? What I mean is, in this case,
what is referred to as Astral Body or Aetheric Body can simply be defined as
the Mental perception of the Informational self (to coinslightly
differently...Morpheus), or as a Residual Self-Image. Could it be that this residual
self-image is what were experiencing as the Astral Body? Now, this Astral Body

would be a Mathematical entity that can be observed (Mathematically) within the

Hyper-dimensions that were talking about. In a computer-simulation, it would be
some kind of Digital Self-Image.
But, of course, I am simply musing here. Its just an Intellectual Masturbation. Its
probably nothing serious. Maybemaybe not! The question is: What if not?
