Opportunity to peak into Ayurveda


Ayurveda is the time-tested, natural, prevention-oriented and holistic health care system of ancient
India. It is free of negative side effects and offers economical solutions to the most current health
problems worldwide.
Since 2003, we have been interested in Ayurveda and offer Ayurvedic
treatments like the very popular Chakra Dhara. Recently, we took
the decision to go deeper and now offer our retreat participants the
opportunity to find out more about this science, working together with
the highly acknowledged Ayurvedic doctor from India, Dr. Aparna.
Dr. Aparna is one of the few specialists with a PhD in Ayurveda, most
Ayurvedic doctors have a bachelors degree. She comes from a pure
Ayurvedic family operating a serious hospital in Kerala, India.
Dr. Aparna will give a complimentary a short lecture on the subject on
Sunday at 17:00 in the lounge above the lower pool, you are welcome to join!
