A baby was executed. A baby was assassinated right behind us in this Alley thats what
Michael Pfleger, a priest in the community said. Tyshawn Lee was a 9 year old boy who was
lured into an alley and shot to death by gang members. The police associates this horrendous
crime to a dispute between to gangs. It is presumed that the child was targeted because his father
is relate to one of the gang members.

Jose Iglesias: I dont really like this news, I dont know why. This is just horrible. I dont
understand how somebody can kill a child just because they were in a gang war. I dont find any
logic in this. I just think they should be arrested.
Marittza Adams: its a shame, because like people say, things will eventually catch up to you.
Whatever you do in life catch up to you, considering that his father affiliated with the gang,
unfortunately the child had to pay. Its a story you hear so many times, I just feel sorry for the
family and whoever is left to pay after all of this.
