Primarily, to GOD, since He always been supportive for all the events that
the group encounters and let the study become perceptible.
To Dr. Nestor Mirhan Japis, our professor in this subject, for his
unaccountable guidance, teachings, and push through in order to complete the
study. He served as a mentor and a medium in attaining the different valuable
topics in Facility Planning and Development
To the group members respective parents, whom remained understanding
and considerate at all times, especially for financial matter.
And finally, to Krispy Kreme Distribution Center1 for accommodating us
within the company, and for giving the information we needed to accomplish the
study.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to propose a new layout to the Distribution
Center1 in order for them to minimize time.

Primarily on the first part, the

researchers did an interview with the Assistant Manager of the company and
gathered some information to be used in accomplishing the study. The next part
encompasses data gathering in the internet and performing documentary
analysis. The final part includes the SWOT Analysis, Alternative Course of Action
and Cost-Benefit Analysis that will determine how the researchers came up with
the best solution.
