Cheating by Bramha Builders

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a 2BHK flat with M/s Bramha Builders, Pune at Bramha Avenue, Ko
ndhwa Pune about 3 years back.
Now Iam facing lot of problems like there is lot of noise as public road has bee
n started through society, lot of the ammenities not yet provided which was prom
ised by builder. There is no proper maintenance, no formation of society, no sal
es deed etc.
Complained to builder so many times but in vain.
Request you to look in to the matter urgently.
