Terms and Conditions
This event will start on 14 January 0000HRS and end on 3rd February 2359HRS
Required dungeons and nests to be cleared must be completed by the same char
acter(You cannot use different characters to clear parts of the event requiremen
t and combine them together)
Clearing the event requirements by the same character will constitute receiv
ing the rewards via the server special storage for that particular account which
the character is in
All rewards for each week will be credited to all accounts on the following
Tuesday of that particular week. i.e Week 1(14 January 0000HRS - 20 January 2359
HRS) rewards will be credited to eligible accounts on 21st January by 2359HRS.
Rewards do not stack even when the event requirements are completed by multi
ple characters from the same account) (One account can only receive 1 set of the
rewards for each week)
Rewards will be credited via the server special storage which will expire in
7 days
Rewards that are not collected and have expired will not be reimbursed
All timings stated are in the GMT+8 time zone
Any character that has been banned due to infringement of game abuse policie
s during the event or reward period will not be compensated
Any disputes will not be entertained 1 month after the date of accreditation
of event rewards
