Many vips with even very strong spiritual knowledge cannot deny the role of
material comfort say a travel by a train or a fan breeze in our homes.Even though
you are from ISCon or Ram charita ,food regulated ultimately material comfort you
cannot avoid to stay alive.and a yogi by doing physical postures may be advanced
or simple, acquires this and healh right also,by admitting its necessity. I wrote
massaging the head for this reason with the following.
1. Shirshasana
2. Simhasana
3. Shaktichalini
4. Iyenga postures
5. Accupressure mat
6. Oil massaging
7. Walking
In addition yoga gives a secular view of Gopal god that is acceptable to all
communities.

Constipation
Insomnia
Urinary pressure
Excess hunger
These are all due to imbalanced elements in our life and once you practice yoga
,these are balanced and this problem may happen to any one whether in diet ,a
ram charita or a geeta man,because this is sadhana and is comulsury for material
comfort.So excess may be wrong but minimum essential material comfort should be
for everybody equally.
Ashwini mudra which is a function of Anus muscles and muladhar helps in curing

2. Heart blood circulation
3. Solving constipation and piles

Further writing of experince is important because the reader may avoid double
effort advanced knowledge on health research and the world may be able to find an
alternative to medical tortures.
Many yoga organizations take care of the first three.But how to massage the brain
internally.Mudras also massage the brain.

Aswini mudra is such a kriya.On complete breathe out contract and expand the
rectum muscles like a horse up to 40 times regularly.
On shakti chalini in padmasana with jalandhara-Mula and udiyaan you beat the
seat on the ground and on the second step you breathe in and do ashini mudra.So
when you breathe in or breathe out and beat the seat on the ground,the activity
massage the brain nurves.
