Tema: La fe.
INTRODUCCIN

La fe es la fuerza de la vida, es la certeza de la realizacin de un hecho deseado en favor

de la persona. La fe no es ms que la plena confianza, conviccin y seguridad de que lo
que se espera alcanzar, llegara en el momento indicado aun cuando las circunstancias
presentes o que nos rodean parezcan indicar lo contrario, la fe nos lleva a creer
firmemente y disipa las dudas que a travs de la razn se pretendan implantar en nuestra
mente.
DESARROLLO
La palabra fe se deriva del trmino latino fides y permite nombrar a aquello en lo que cree
una persona o una comunidad. Tambin hace referencia a una sensacin de certeza y al
concepto positivo que se tiene de un individuo o de alguna cosa. Dicho en otras palabras
la Fe es la creencia o confianza que se tiene en una persona, religin o institucin, sin
necesidad de que haya sido confirmado por la experiencia o la razn, o demostrado por la
ciencia.
La fe, es tener la certeza por lo que an no se ve, por lo que an no se tiene, por lo que
no se puede palpar. La fe, es sinnimo de la conviccin, es saber y estar seguro de lo que
vendr, de lo que llegar a nuestra vida.

La Biblia define la fe como "la expectativa

segura de las cosas que se esperan, la demostracin evidente de realidades aunque no se

contemplen". (Heb 11:1.)
Una frase muy conocida detalla que La fe mueve montaas. Es decir que si alguien
espera conseguir un objetivo que parece imposible pero cree en poder lograrlo de una
manera contundente seguro que lo acaba consiguiendo. Si el hombre vive es porque cree
en algo. La fe en el individuo permite que este obtenga confianza de que cumplir sus
sueos y trabajar por ellos.
La fe es considerada como un valor personal, el cual comienza en la familia y en el hogar,
y es el requisito indispensable para llevar a feliz trmino cualquier proyecto que se inicie.
La fe es el ingrediente mgico para lanzarnos en pos de lo que se cree, con la certeza de
que lo lograremos; al confiar y tener fe en lo que nos proponemos, con toda seguridad se
alcanzar.
ANLISIS CRTICO
La fe en nosotros como futuros administradores nos dar confianza en nuestras ideas y
nos permitir tomar medidas al respecto. Si nosotros tenemos en fe en s mismos, en
nuestras ideas y sueos, tendremos un impulso para convertirlos en realidad mucho ms
rpido de lo que nos imaginamos. La fe en el mbito empresarial es una parte esencial del
xito. La fe repercute en el administrador al darle vitalidad y confianza alrededor de sus
ideas y propuestas, es un indicador de que debe tomar accin sobre ellas, es una actitud

que te debe impulsar para convertirlas en resultados paso a paso y por pequeos que
estos sean.
CONCLUSIONES:

Se puede concluir que la fe, es tener la certeza por lo que an no se ve, por lo que

an no se tiene, por lo que no se puede palpar.

En conclusin el valor de la fe es saber y estar seguro de lo que vendr, de lo que
llegar a nuestra vida.

RECOMENDACIONES:

Se recomienda practicar el valor fe, para que este valor nos llene de entusiasmo,
confianza y optimismo, y mediante ello podemos afrontar los problemas de la vida
diaria de una manera exitosa.

GLOSARIO

Certeza: Conocimiento seguro y evidente de que algo es cierto.

Indicador: Que indica o pone de manifiesto un hecho.
Conviccin: Idea religiosa, tica o poltica fuertemente arraigada.
Repercute: Trascender, causar efecto una cosa en otra posterior.

INTRODUCTION
Faith is the life force, is the certainty of realization of a desired in favor of the person
made. Faith is nothing but full confidence, conviction and assurance that what you are
expecting, came at the right time even when circumstances present or around us seem to
indicate otherwise, faith leads us to believe firmly and dissipates doubts by reason
intending to establish in our minds.
DEVELOPMENT
The word faith is derived from the Latin fides and allows nominate what they believe a
person or a community. It also refers to a sense of certainty and positive concept we have
of an individual or something. In other words Faith is the belief or confidence you have in a
person, religion or institution without which has been confirmed by experience or reason,
or proven by science.
Faith, is to be certain of what is not seen, so it does not have, so it can not be felt. Faith is
synonymous with conviction, is to know and be sure of what is to come, what will our life.
The Bible defines faith as "the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident
demonstration of realities though not beheld." (Heb 11: 1.)
A well-known phrase specifies that "Faith moves mountains". This means that if someone
expects to achieve a goal that seems impossible to achieve but believes in a safe

forcefully than just getting. If man lives is because he believes in something. Faith in the
individual allows this for confidence that fulfill your dreams and work for them.
Faith is regarded as a personal value, which begins in the family and home, and is
essential for successfully carrying out any project starts requirement. Faith is the magic
ingredient to propel us towards what is believed, knowing that we will succeed; to trust
and have faith in what we propose, will surely be achieved.

CRITICAL ANALYSIS
Faith in us as future managers will give us confidence in our ideas and allow us to take
action. If we have faith in themselves, in our ideas and dreams, we will have an impulse to
turn them into reality much faster than we imagine. Faith in business is an essential part
of success. Faith affects the administrator to give vitality and confidence about their ideas
and proposals, is an indicator that should take action on them, it's an attitude that you
must drive to turn them into results ... step by step and by small that they are .
CONCLUSIONS:

It can be concluded that faith, is to be certain of what is not seen, so it does not

have, so it can not be felt.

In conclusion, the value of faith is to know and be sure of what is to come, what will
our life.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended practice the faith value for this setting fill us with enthusiasm,
confidence and optimism, and through it we can address the problems of daily life in a
successful manner.

Indicator: Indicating or reveals a fact.
Conviction: Idea religious, ethical or political strongly rooted.
Impact: Transcending, cause effect one thing to another post.
