Es para m un enorme privilegio saludarlo y dirigirle estas palabras
desde un pas tan lejano como Chile. Mi nombre es Cristian Gonzalez
Sandoval, y estoy cursando la carrera de enfermera en la Universidad
Aconcagua en la isla de Chilo.
Habiendo revisado parte de sus investigaciones, videoconferencias
y artculos, s que cuenta con una gran experiencia en el campo de la
aplicacin de la medicina en donde utiliza con gran xito la "terapia de
la risa" a los pacientes en diversos estados de salud. Es notable poder
percibir su capacidad para lograr esa tan difcil confianza que debe darse
entre doctor y paciente; y adems, con excelentes resultados.
Por esta razn es que me permito solicitarle su ayuda y/o su
consejo.
Los chilenos, por lo general, no son muy receptivos a mtodos
alternativos en la recuperacin de enfermedades; existe una especie de
frialdad o distancia entre la administracin de los medicamentos y el
proceso de cura. Por ello, me sera de gran ayuda y orientacin que
usted pudiese indicarnos o ensearnos algunas estrategias para elevar
la autoestima de los pacientes o hacerlos ms receptivos a los
tratamientos o intervenciones mdicas.
Adems mis dudas van en cmo enfrentar las dificultades, en
cmo llegar a convencer primero al equipo de trabajo y luego como
poder llegar a pacientes adultos y de alguna manera poder insertar una
terapia alternativa y favorable a la recuperacin de la salud y bienestar
de cada paciente. Terapia alternativa que como antes mencione no es
fcil incorporarla en un sistema de salud estructurado a mtodos
tradicionales, sin embargo, esta iniciativa no es imposible, por ello
concurro a usted para que de su gran experiencia pueda orientarme a
como encaminar este proyecto de vida a los pacientes que as lo
necesiten.

It is my great privilege to greet you and guide these words from as
far away as Chile. My name is Cristian Gonzalez Sandoval, and I am
pursuing a degree in nursing at the Aconcagua University on the island
of Chiloe.
Having reviewed some of their research, video and articles, I know
that has a great experience in the field of application of medicine where
used with great success the "laughter therapy" to patients in various
states of health. It is remarkable to perceive their ability to achieve this
difficult trust that must exist between doctor and patient; and also with
excellent results.
For this reason I allow myself to ask your help and / or advice.
Chilean, usually they are not very receptive to alternative methods
in recovery from illness; There is a kind of coldness and distance
between the administration of medicines and the healing process.
Therefore, I would be of great help and guidance you could tell or show
us some strategies to raise the self-esteem of patients or make them
more receptive to treatments or medical interventions.
Besides my doubts going in how to face the difficulties, how to get
to first convince the team and then as adults to reach patients and
somehow able to insert an alternative and supportive therapy to restore
health and well-being of each patient . Alternative therapy which as
before mentioned is not easy to incorporate into a health system
structured to traditional methods, however, this initiative is not

impossible, so I attend to you for your great experience to guide me to

how to route this project alive patients who need it.
