The 220 superior beach bungalows completely encircle the island, of these 34 are detached and 186 are semi-detached.

Check-in & Check-out Time

The standard check-in time

hours on the arrival day
whilst the checkout time

Early Check-in
Early check-in can be arranged for arrival guests starting from 10:00 hours without any additional charge depending on the availability
of rooms at the Hotel. Early check-in is available from 0600 hours at 50%of the room rate. However, guests who arrive before 0600
hours should pay for the full night.

Late Check-out
Any room occupied by guests departing after 12:00 hours on the day of their departure will be considered as late checkout rooms
and charges will apply accordingly. Guests who do not register for late checkout accommodation till their departure time are requested
to leave the Hotel latest by 23:00 hours on the same day.

Arrival Transfer
Paradise Island will provide combined transfers for all arrival guests
with prior reservation to suite their flight timing regardless of the arrival
time of the flight

Departure Transfer
The Hotel will arrange combined transfers for all guests departing Paradise Island 03 hours before their scheduled flight time as the
airlines requires their passengers to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight departure time for check-in formalities.
Guests transferring to and from other islands will not be provided with separate transfers.
Please note that most airline check-in counters close 01 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Private Transfer
Guests who do not wish to join the regular transfers of the Hotel and leave earlier or later than the scheduled transfer time should
book private transfers according to their flights but charges will apply accordingly. For bookings and private transfer charges please
contact the Reservation.

Board Inclusive Meals

Please note that for all-inclusive, full board, half board and bed & breakfast guests their entitled meals are served only in the Main Restaurant.
Meals start for all-inclusive & full board guests with lunch on their arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day while meals
for half board guests begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day. The meals for guests who are on
bed & breakfast basis will begin on the following day and ends with breakfast on the departure day.

Discounts

Departure Day Meals

A fifteen percent (15%) discount on the food

bill will be given from Ristorante Al Tramonto,
Sunrise Restaurant, Fukuya Teppanyaki and
Dhaavani Restaurant for all-inclusive and full
board guests for lunch & dinner; and for half
board guests for dinner only.

Departure day meals will only be provided to guests who have missed their entitled
meals on the day of arrival due to late check-in at the Hotel. If any late meal is
provided on the arrival day, it will be counted as a given meal though the guests have
arrived at the Hotel after the normal mealtime. No refund will be made for any prepaid
meal that the guest has not consumed.

Safety & Security Tips

Fire Safety
If there is a fire in your room, leave immediately and close the doors and notify the Front Desk. Fire extinguishers are located on the sides
of the walkways.
We strongly advise you not to cook in your room or smoke in bed. Accidents related to fire in the room are mostly caused by cooking apparatus or
burning cigarettes.

Water
The desalinated water at the resort is safe as stringent hygienic standards are maintained. However, we recommend y o u
c o n s u m e b o t t l e d w a t e r a v a i l a b l e a t a l l f o o d & beverage outlets and the mini-bar.

The water in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are regularly treated and are closely monitored to safeguard hygienic conditions.

Safety during water activities must always be a priority regardless of the skill level or abilities of those involved. We want your fun time
here to be safe so we insist on you wearing life vests at all times.
Always stay within the island lagoon. Please be careful and look out for the deeper patches in the lagoon. Since there is strong
current sometimes and no lifeguard service, it is advisable to check with the front desk or Water Sports Centre for advice or information if

Medical Clinic: The resort has a medical clinic and a small pharmacy to provide medical assistance to guests. The clinic is staffed by
a general practitioner and a well trained nurse.
Laundry: offers laundry and dry cleaning services. We take utmost care of your garments during cleaning. Should you require our
service while with us, simply complete the laundry service form and place garments in the laundry bag.
The Dhoni
The dhoni - transport mode of a nation - is the most enduring symbol of the Maldives. The dhoani is a sturdy wooden

Excursions
Your visit to Paradise Island is not complete without taking part in one of the many excursions on offer. Visiting a fishing village to
experience the Maldivian way of life or a trip to Male' makes a visit to the Maldives more special. Other excursions available include
fishing trips and island hopping to fishing villages, resort islands and uninhabited islands. There are also aerial excursions by
seaplane or explore the under water world by passenger submarine.

Full-day Island Hopping

This is an excursion that will offer you a bit of everything, all in one day. Why not
take a day away from your island Paradise, and savour some of the delights on
offer in your neighboring islands. See how the locals live in one of the fishing
villages, where you can even do some shopping for souvenirs. The trip to one of
the other tourist resorts will give you the opportunity to discover the different
concepts in the Maldives. But the highlight of the day may be the trip to one of
the local uninhabited islands where you will enjoy the serenity, great snorkelling,
swimming and a delicious barbeque on the beach.

Male Tour
The island of Male' is only 2 km long and 01 km wide but manages to be home for a
population of about 74'497 people. The Islamic Center dominated by a large golden
dome, the museum and the old architecture of some houses combined with modern day
high-rise buildings create an island full of contrasts. It houses the seat of government and
has a number of historical and artistic buildings. The local fish market is a fascinating
sight where freshly caught fish are landed in the afeek Days ternoon.

Half-day Island Hopping

This trip will take you to two different islands at which you will be able to
experience the cultural and traditional life style of the Maldives. Firstly, visit a local
island and discover the traditional way of life in the Maldives. On these local islands
there are several souvenir shops where you can purchase printed T-shirts, sarongs
and a host of other souvenirs to take back home. Then visit another resort island
and experience the difference.

Sunset Fishing
If fishing is one of your interests, there is no better place to do it than in the waters of
Maldives. In the evening you will leave the island by locally built mechanised boat [dhoni] to
one of the reefs near Paradise Island. The resort offers you the chance to experience night
fishing the traditional way, with line and weights. Bait your hook, lower your line and wish
for your big catch. The fish you catch could be barbequed or grilled to your favourite style.

Not only is night fishing exciting but it gives the chance to enjoy the fantastic
Maldivian sunset while at sea.

Sunrise Fishing

is
an
experience that
should not be left unexplored. Why not take a fishing excursion in
the balmy mornings, just to experience the fun and vigour of fishing in the
morning.

This fishing trip on locally built motorised boat [dhoani] to

nearby reefs uses local style fishing line with weights. You will
get rid of the sleepy feeling and enjoy the mystic pleasures
while you fish. The catch normally ends on the barbeque grill
and you are able to enjoy your own catch with great savour.

Big Game Fishing

Big game fishing in the Maldivian waters can be one of the
most unforgettable adventures of a life time for keen
fishermen or first-timers alike. Get ready for the fishing trip

Tuna Adventure
Trawling is just like a fun filled game never to be missed. Thick
strong lines are used in this type of fishing. The line is attached
to a sturdy hook and a lure. As the boat starts its runs along
the outer reef, release the line so that the lure drags a fair
distance behind the boat and you may wish the big one to be
hooked. These fishing trips in the early hours of the morning by
locally built mechanised boat [dhoani] inside the atoll or just out
side the atoll are for little Tuna, Dolphin Fish, Rainbow, Jack and
Barracuda.

Reef Tour

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cut short their stay and leave the Hotel earlier than the original departure date is liable to pay 100% as
cancellation fees for the full stay. There will be no refund for any unused inclusion such as meals, transfers, accommodations or

Credit Close Time
Credit facilities at all outlets including the telephone line in the room will be closed 1 hours prior to the scheduled departure
time from the Hotel except guests who are not registered for late check-out and departing after 1200 hours. Credit facilities will

Luggage will be picked up from rooms that are not entitled for late checkout and departing after 1200 hours at 1100 hours on

Swimming Pool

sparkling freshwater pool with a children's section varies
in depth from approximately 0.85 meters at the shallow
end to 1.80 meters at the deep end is surrounded
by palms and lush green gardens. The pool offers
you a relaxing swim or energetic aquatic exercise. Enjoy a
refreshing dip in the pool, and sunbathe in the spacious
sundeck.

Beverages and light snacks are served on the adjoining

terrace. A soothing place to relax for swimmers and
non-swimmers alike.

Observant pool attendants are on duty with towel service

from 0900 -1800 hrs daily.
DO NOT dive where the pool depth is less than 1.50
meters or where there are NO DIVING signs. Swimming is
at your own risk at all times. Night swimming is prohibited.
