TAX SALE REDEMPTION NOTICE

Whereas the several parcels of real estate hereinafter described were on the 25th
day of June, 2008, duly sold by the City Comptroller of the City of Watertown, New
York, for unpaid City, School, and County Tax and no part of parcel thereof has been
redeemed by the owners thereof.
Therefore, notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 142 of the City Charter, that the
time for the redemption of said parcels of real estate will expire on the 25th day of June,
2010, and in case said lands hereinafter described shall not be redeemed from said sale
on or before the last date mentioned the purchaser thereof will immediately thereafter be
entitled to and I will execute and deliver to each of them conveyance of same which
will bar and preclude any and all persons except the purchaser of such sale from claiming
any interest or liens on said land or part thereof.
Notice is hereby given that the owner or any persons interested in or having a lien
upon any parcels or lots so sold may redeem same from such sale at any time on or before
the 25th day of June, 2010, by paying the City Comptroller the sum mentioned in the
certificate of sale thereof, with interest thereon, at the rate of twelve (12) per centum per
annum from the date of said sale together with any tax, assessment and water rent upon
the parcels or part thereof.
