Special Meeting
April 8, 2015
The Village of Fleischmanns Board of Trustees held a Special Meeting on Wednesday,
April 8, 2015 at the Skene Memorial Library at 3:00 p.m. Present were: Mayor Donald
E. Kearney, Ben Fenton, Harriet L. Grossman, and Lewis Grocholl. Village Trustee
David Yates was absent.
Resolution/
Donated Funds
At a Special Village Board Meeting
Of the Village of Fleischmanns, New York
Held at the Skene Memorial Library on
Wednesday, April 8, 2015 and
Upon motion made by Harriet L. Grossman and seconded by Lewis Grocholl, the
following resolution was duly adopted:
Whereas, the Village of Fleischmanns Board of Trustees wish to restate policy relating to
donated funds,
We Hereby reaffirm that all donated funds be placed in separate escrow accounts titled
for their intended purpose.
We also reaffirm that as has been past policy that records be kept of individual donations
in case a project is canceled by the Village Board and funds need to be returned to the
donors.
Now Therefore, it is further restated and resolved that no disbursements be made except
for their original intended purpose, and its utilization by the Village for the purpose for
which said donation was intended and accepted.
This resolution rescinds any previous motions or resolutions pertaining to the
disbursement of donated funds.
