Jack, I met with Mr. Stewart today. We discussed the presentation by 21st century. He believes the best approach may be a
POC. Prepare a briefing document for us to share with the Commissioner as Mr. Stewart believes thats the first step before
we move forward to quickly. Mr. Stewart will participate in the briefing once it is scheduled.

Lets have something prepared for early next week. This may be a good first project for Carol.
