An Act to provide fur the removal of certain disqpslifications for being chosen as and fir being s member of
the Nagaland Ledslative Assembly.

with the provisions of Article 191 ( I ) (o) of the Constitution of India that thc
holders of the offices hereinafter mentioned shall not bc disqualified for
hcing chosen as, and for being, a member of the ~agaiandLegislative
Assembly ;

It is hereby enacted in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of lndia

as follows :-

Shat title, extent and cdmmencement.-1:

( I ) This Act may be
called the Nagdand State Legislature emb be is', (Removal of Disqualificktions)

It extends to the whole of Nagaland.

as or for being, a member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly by reason
