Hi Hasan / Bal / cesar 2565 ,

I was going through you conversation you had earlier and I really appreciate if you could
please help me with this issue I have right now. I`m kind of struck with AR Transactions
with this problem.
I started learning AR and came to Entering Transactions video. I have the error ORA20001: Please define the item validation organization in the Parameters window in Order
Management and I was searching for the error and came across your conversation.
I understood there are two solutions here in the conversation and I thought I will try both
and unfortunately nothing is working for me
1. I created a Standard Memo lines and I still have the problem.
2. I saw the post from cesar2565 and tried that too, but when I go to my Order
Management responsibility and try to assign the Inventory Organization I have
created through Inventory Responsibility, I cannot see the list of values of the
Inventory Organization to assign it to the Item Validation Organization in OM
Responsibility > System Parameters.
Please see detailed Screen shots what I have and what I did.
Hasan , Could you please guide and help me how I can overcome this problem so that I
can continue my AR training. I spent so many hours trying to figure out, but I could not
resolve this.
Please help me. Please let me know if you have any questions. I`m attaching a detailed

Navigated to Receivables responsibility > Transactions > Batches

Created a new Batch My First Batch in AR
Count is 1 and Amount is 100
Clicked on Transactions

Transactions Screen appears

Entered Bill To - Costco
Payment Term 30 NET
Clicked on Line Items

Line Items Screen

Selected the custom standard memo Description I created Consulting Service
The Error Please define the item validation organization appears
Clicked OK

 Went forward and entered Quantity 1

Entered Unit Price 100
Tried to Save the Work

This Error appears

Switched Responsibility to Inventory

I already have a basic Inventory Organization defined

 The Accounting Information for my Inventory Organization

Primary Ledger, Entity and my OU

 Navigated to Order Management Super User > Setup > System Parameters >
Values

 Trying to assign my Inventory Organization I already have defined to the Item

Validation Organization
I have this Error It cannot find the list of values / value of my Inventory
Organization
