1. How to Apply
Please prepare the following documents. Send them by post to MTC, NTNU 162 Heping East
road Sec.1, Taipei, Taiwan 106 before application deadlines.
1. MTC Application Form and Survey of Language Background
2. One photocopy of a high school diploma or above (Students unable to submit a diploma
may submit a university transcript instead.)
3. Financial Statement (within the past 3 months) that shows the applicant has adequate
funds with at least US$2,500 or the equivalent given in US dollars in the applicant's own
name or the name of a family member to cover his or her studies.
4. A photocopy of a passports information page

2. Admission Letter and Registration

It will take 3-5 working day to process your application after MTC receives your application
materials. We will send you an admission letter to the mailing address listed on your application
form by standard post. Please complete the registration process in person on the new student
registration day indicated on your admission letter.
New students will take a placement test on the day the register. In order to ensure students
are placed in the class suitable to their levels and the students have already arrived, MTC require
students to complete the registration process in person. Tuition fees cannot be paid by mail or by a
delegated person.

Late Registration:
1. Students who register after the new student registration dates indicated above will be charged a late
registration fee of NT$1,000.
2. MTC registration and class placement follow "first comes first serves" policy. Students who arrive late
will have limited choices of class. They may not be able to be placed into the class times or class type
(intensive or regular class) they marked on the application form. We suggest students who would like to
take the intensive class arrive on time for registration.
3. After registration deadlines, MTC will not enroll new students.
