Vaso-Meditech Launches EECP/ECP Patient Data Network an

Online Portal for Clinical Excellence

clinical support for EECP/ECP in India)

Vaso-Meditech Pvt Ltd launches web based patient data acquiring system to
regularize the Indian External Counter Pulsation market. The External
Counter Pulsation patient data network (EPDN) will create a largest
electronic data infrastructure of patient undergoing External counter pulsation
treatment across India. Vaso-Meditech will work with individual hospitals to
maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. The online web portal will
capture the diverse clinical information of patients and will assist physician
and insurance companies to access patients clinical data and treatment
progress online.
Through the web site, Vaso-Meditech clinical division (VCD) will provide
the centre with analysis of their patient treatment outcomes; patient selection
and patient follow up. The portal will provide the centre with a
comprehensive discharge summary based on the pre and post clinical
information provided by the center. When VCD is requested it will analyze
the centers data and able to provide them patient demographic, patient
improvement, improvement sustainability and post procedure follow up
informations. This will encourage centers to publish their data and encourage
more medical research in to Non-Invasive cardiology field.

The EPDN portal access will be given to Individual centers, Policy makers
and insurance company. Insurance company can have access to daily
treatment reports of the patients they have given treatment pre authorization
and can able to view the patient complete clinical information and get access
to the patients discharge summary directly. This will avoid any false claims.
Vaso-Meditech will set up a clinical expert panel to monitor the web site
clinical data from treatment centers and can provide require information to
insurance companies and policy makers to implement the program to reach
cardiac patients across India.
