The Commission shall strictly implement the activities based on the schedule above and shall
be followed by the individuals and/or parties involved. The Commission, therefore, reserves the right
to refuse requests for extensions if deemed unnecessary. It should be noted, however, that some of
these dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a shift in the calendar must
be implemented, an official announcement shall be posted as soon as possible in the form of a
memorandum
