I, Narinder Kumar Khullar working as Professor-cum-Head, Department of

Civil Engineering, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as under;
1. That the erstwhile office of Senior Architect where Shri Vidya Sagar was
working has been merged with this department only in May 2005 as per
decision of the BOM conveyed by the Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana vide his
memo Admn. VII. AU. 2005/ 9336-88 dated 24-5-2005
2. That No service record relating to Shri Vidya Sagar, Ex-Draftsman is handed
over to this office on the merger of erstwhile office of Senior Architect in this
department.
3. That accordingly the following record in respect Shri Vidya Sagar, ExDraftsman was also not handed over to this office, hence the same is not
available :
a)

Copy of show cause notice or charge sheet served upon the

applicant before the orders dated 22-3-1994.

b)

Any proof of having conveyed the orders dated 22-3-1994 to

the applicant along with its peon book.

c)

Any enquiry report or enquiry held against the applicant before

the orders dated 22-3-1994 was passed against the applicant.

department. As such we were unable to hand over any information on 6-122006 in the office of Public Information Officer, PAU, Ludhiana asked for by
Shri Vidya Sagar.
2. That we have already furnished an affidavit duly notarized from Notary
Public, Ludhiana in support of our above contention in reference to memo
no. Admn. VIII. 06 / 20708-09 dated 10-11-2006 from the Registrar, PAU,
Ludhiana
