8. Lesson in the story for the reader
God gave man freewill to decide his own actions in life. Thus, as
humans our own actions molds our destiny and not wholly by
mere faith.

1. A. Perseus is stronger than the gods themselves being half

human because Perseus power does not depend on devotions
from humans but his power lies on his guts and own battle
capabilities.
B. Perseus is powerful than Gods became evident when he
shown guts to slay the Chimera by his own combat skills.
Second is when Perseus got cut off from the group he killed the
Minotaur and he trapped the Cyclops. Then, third is when
Perseus killed Kronos by courageously throwing the Spear of
Triam into Kronos stomach.
2. Queen Andromeda played an important role to guide Perseus
to his way to the Underworld where Zeus was imprisoned.
Queen Andromeda introduced Perseus to Agenor who knows
where they can find Hephaesthus who has a map to navigate
the path into Tartarus. Hephaesthus created the three great
weapons that Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon wield to defeat
Kronos.
3. A. The Gods were humanized because of the lack of devotion
from mortals. Thus, the Gods are losing their power and they
are becoming mortal.
B. The Gods were humanized when Poseidon is dying. While
Zeus is imprisoned in the underworld by Hades and his son
Ares stole Zeus thunderbolt.
4. Mortals were slowly losing their belief and respect for the gods
in the way humans are not praying to the gods. Humans chose to
believe in their own strength to fight against the monsters in the
movie.
5. Zeus message to his son Perseus is that there will be no
sacrifice, no more Gods. The end of Gods as a controllable,
punishing, and intervening God, but living life independently
without seeing Gods as punishers. The start of humans
conquering their own fears and having the freedom to decide on
their own lives.
