Job Description
PURPOSE
Specialist level position for a person with a passion for designing, execution
and driving impactful & robust engagement strategy and other strategic HR
initiatives for entire Organisation including the Corporate Office. Must be
comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to adapt and be
comfortable with change, exude creativity and enjoy collaboration. He/ she will
be responsible to partner with the business and work in collaboration with
cross functional teams across multiple locations and also organizations driving
various HR related projects as per the strategic HR Vision of the Organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
A. Employee Engagement
1. Collaborate with Business units / Regional Manager- HR for Climate Surveys/
Annual Employee Engagement Surveys, analyze the results and drive
initiatives based on the findings/ results.
2. Employee Engagement: Design, conceptualize & execute all employee
engagement initiatives for Corporate Office & Accor Hotels India.
3. Employee Communication: Responsible for preparing and releasing Internal/
External communication pertaining to multiple HR Projects.
4. Manage the Career Page alongwith complete responsibility of Organisation
Branding/ HR Contributions on Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Facebook,
Twitter etc.
5. End to End responsibility to manage & drive Employee Recognisition
Programmes within Accor Hotels India
B. Talent Acquisition
1. Supports Regional Manager- HR in sourcing, selection, onboarding &
Induction process of Leadership Talent ( General Manager, Key HOD/ Excom
Positions & Corporate Office Positions)
2. Create bench strength to manage faster replacement, mapping of Key
External Talent Pool through constant engagement & updates
3. Vendor/ partner management
C. Other HR/ CSR Ongoing Projects & HR Analytics
