This is to propose an activity tie up to your Alumni office regarding a Grand Alumni
Homecoming this year 2021 for the different batches of Montessori Academy of Valenzuela
graduates with the theme: Head Back Home
The above stated Alumni Gathering is for the development of every Mavean graduate to
build and solidify networks, fellowship, business partnership, institutional updates,
scholarship donor funding, legacy programs, leadership, community outreach, knowledge
enhancement and updates, Citation for Alumni Achiever and a night of fun and
entertainment.

The composition of this unit is an efficient executive assistant with five active
office staff directly reporting to EA who is highly trained in corporate
planning, documentations. This administrative team coordinates with the
events manager and suppliers and project partners.

NOTE:

In excess of the number of guaranteed number of guest same rate shall be applied.
Other incidental charge which is not included in the package shall be settled before
check out.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Official call time is at 6:00 oclock in the afternoon. This policy shall be subject to space
availability.
A fifty (50%) percent deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and fifty percent
(50%) full payment one week prior to actual event.
The Firm has the right to cancel the booking / reservation if the date or deadline for down
payment has lapsed.

However, cancellation made due to typhoons, calamities and other acts of God or civil
unrest/ war shall not bear any penalty. The activity will be rescheduled subject to the
availability of both parties.
TERMINATION
The firm shall have the right to terminate or rescind this agreement for any breach of
contract. All rates are strictly confidential; sharing of rates to other companies shall mean
automatic termination of this agreement.
VRC Creative Events Management Corp. shall not be held liable for any incident that may
befall to the participants or to the third Party due to the negligence of the participants
including force Majeure or incident beyond the control of the firm.

MOA Partnership Agreement between

Montessori Alumni Association and VRC Creative Events Management


Corp.

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Montessori Alumni
Association, and the VRC Creative Events Management Corp. In consideration
of the premises and mutual promises set forth herein, the parties, intending to be
legally bound, hereby agree as follow:

1. Event. Organization agrees to conduct the Mavean Alumni Homecoming 2021


which will be held on Heroes Hall Acacia Estates BGC Taguig City on May 3, 2021.
2. Responsibilities of the Organization. Organization will:
a. Provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which is sanctioned by the
Mavean Alumni Association.
b. Abide by the sponsorship package the commercial partner has agreed to
enter into.
c. Secure all logistical permits for the partners entry to MAVAA at least 2 days
before the activity.
d. Have to first consult, collaborate or take into consideration any change(s) to
name of activity intended to be made by organization and act on any of
company concerns and suggestions (if deemed legal, effective and
achievable by organization .
3. Commercial Partners Responsibilities. In exchange for promotional tie-ins
with the event, the Commercial Partner will:
a. Sign this Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
b. Terms of Payment: Give the organization P300, 000 pesos through
cash/check/x-deal by March 17, 2021 in exchange for the promotional
benefits specified in the sponsorship package.

c. Provide the organization with the needed information about the company at
least two weeks before the activity.)
d. Provide the organization with the promotional materials, i.e. streamers, flyers,
etc.
e. Consult with and channel their concerns or requests through organization.
f.

Abide by all rules and regulations provided by the MAV AA.

g. Receive the benefits brought about by the option of being a sponsor.


4. Promotional Limitation
a. Except as expressly provided herein, neither the Commercial Partner nor
MAV AA shall have the right to use in any way the corporate or trade name,
trademark(s), service mark(s), logo(s), or other identification of the other
party after name of activity/project without their written consent.
b. Commercial Partner hereby grants MAV AA a royalty-free, non-exclusive
license to use and display the trademarks associated with products. Such
use shall be limited solely to the duration of the partnership of the event and
any advertising or promotional activities relating thereto. MAV AA shall not
use any of the Commercial Partners trademarks in a way affiliated with or
otherwise acting on behalf of MAV AA. The Commercial Partner and MAV AA
acknowledge that the provisions of this paragraph do not convey any right,
title or ownership interest in the trademark.
5. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of the
signing of this Partnership Agreement through the end of the aforementioned
events. If when cases a breach of contract happened, the VRC Creative Events
shall intervene in behalf of the MAV AA in seeking legal actions.
6. Termination for Default. MAV AA by written notice may terminate this
Agreement in whole or in part for failure of the Commercial partner to perform
any of the provisions herein. In such event, the Commercial partner shall be
liable for damages, including the excess cost of procuring similar supplies or
services.
a. The commercial partner will provide cash equivalent to the value of the
materials/equipment/services
originally
to
be
provided,
if
the
materials/equipment/services are not in good condition or adequate quality.

b. The VRC Creative Events has the right to remove promotional materials
and/or merchandise in cases where Commercial partner does not perform
their responsibilities.
7. Force Majeure. Neither party shall be responsible for events beyond its
reasonable control, such as acts of God, weather delays, or other fortuitous
events. If the event is postponed due to inclement weather or other conditions
beyond organizations control, it may be rescheduled for another time. The
Commercial partner shall then be entitled to the advertising and sponsorship
package originally agreed upon at no additional charge to Commercial partner.
8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between
the parties relating to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any
all prior agreements, arrangement, communication, or representations, whether
oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended, altered, modified or
changed except through a written document signed by both parties.
