Reduced energy and raw material consumption
Reduced emissions to air and water
Increased material recovery, both internally within Sandvik and recovery of
our products.

COOL & COOL undertake strict quality control or Raw materials Packing Material,
as well as for ice-cream manufactured at his Modernized Plat, Comprising of a Chemical &
Microbiological Laboratory to result out a good hygiene product which fulfill the
Government rules and regulation. Entire product packing is done in best quality food
graded packing, thus assuring best quality products. The machineries are called catta-27 italy
& ALFA LAVAL from India Ltd.pune.

Process :
Collect all the milk in the milk collection tank.
Then take that collected milk in boiler.
After boiling supply the milk in chiller tank.
After the milk is chilled supply it to nuts sailor tank.
Then homogenize the milk.
Then supply in other tank.
Take the final product look.
Supply the milk to cold storage.

Process :

There are three layer ice cream in casstta mould.


Moulding of mix & demoulding mode after proper harding.
Turning into thin layer of ice cream.
After that addition of cashew nuts then adding of cassatta cake bottom of ice cream.
Proper harding cut into pieces by casstta cutting machine.
Packaging and transfer into cold storage.
Approximately 300Ltr. Casstta ice cream can be made by machine during 8 to 9 hours.

Transfer into handing turner.
After proper handing transfer of storage is 7 to 5 next day ice cream ready for dispatch.
