• In depth knowledge India corporate tax principles
• In depth knowledge and experience India Tax Department administrative appeals process
• Transfer Pricing principles

Job description
• Responsible for handling tax provision, tax filings, litigation and compliances for UK and interaction with tax
consultants for their assistance wherever applicable. The filing may include both from direct and indirect tax
perspective.
• Primarily responsible for European tax compliance for the onsite consultants.
• Supporting for tax matters related to our mobile employee population.
• Responsible for providing support as needed to the New Country team for expansion into new European / Middle
Eastern countries (possible future branch compliance).
• Liaison with UK taxation team and accounting of income tax as per their GAAP.
• Participant in any legal restructuring efforts
• Responsible for assisting in all Asia regions’ tax compliance, tax development and tax litigation.
• Liaison with company tax consultants for regular assessments, opinions on various subjects in India and UK.
• Preparation of the information/summaries required for statutory audit of UK and US and books as and when
required by their tax team.
• Any other tax related work of Indian and group companies as per requirement.
