With the Insight of the Owner Mr. SANGANO Bonavanture, to start a profit oriented in
Rusororo Site (under construction) can be ideal project. After discussions about the idea
and on the site, we, as business development consultant, have in mind to advise a

The business of Executive Palace Resort, is the creation of 6-room hotel, specializing in
a "getaway" atmosphere to provide relaxation and recreation in the upcountry
environment, a big executive tented wedding room, Executive Bar and recreation garden,
swimming pool, etc. Business owner is soliciting commercial finance partners who share
its vision and desire to hire this exciting business opportunity in the resort in Rwanda. The
integration of all investment ability and management capacity must result in extensive
and innovative services, set in a unique environment Style surrounding for our
prospective guests.

Ideal Property Location

The actual location is a sufficient (with figures) parcel in Rusororo near Kabuga Center,
with one house and a big open air space which can contain garden, parking and big
executive tented room (400 attendants), without forgetting an open air executive barbarbeque-resto. The house contains 1 Queen Room, 1 Prince Room and 4 executive
suites.
