Implemented on-site promotions. • Ensured that the government’s and the company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies, standards and procedures are strictly adhered to and ensured that the operation at each outlet did not cause any injury to people/property in any form. • Managed trade debt at site level, assessed the credit worthiness of all retailers and assured site-by-site compliance on defined plans and controls for credit, guarantees and contracts to minimize the company’s exposure to financial risks. • Identified changes needed in the layout of installations & coordinated with Engineering. Promoted and ensured HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) standards compliance at each site.
