MACHINERY 2.1 Applications The strap of 930MPa is used for strapping products such as hot-rolled coil, cold-rolled coil, hot-dip-galvanizing coil, colour-coating plate, stranded wire and so on. And the strap of 800MPa is used for strapping the products such as brick bat, metal component, glass plate, hard board, shaving board, and timber etc. The Production conforms to the standards of ASTM D-3953 EN13246; 2001 . The products have the excellent plasticity and meet requirement of manual, semi-Automatic and automatic strapping. The induction heating technology is adopted in the production line so that the strap can be heated up rapidly to refine crystal grain. The strap heat-treated can obtain the property of high yield strength and elasticity. At the same time it reduces the surface oxidation and surface bluing is fine. An unleaded heat-treating is implemented during the whole production process and prevents environment contamination caused by the heavy metal-lead. So the products made by the line meet the requirement of the RoHS standard of EU and can be exported safety. AC variable frequency speed control and PLC program control are adopted. Tension is controlled segmentally. According to the line speed, the closed-loop control of heating power is implemented.
