Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is
deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to New Zealand based people 18 years or over who have seen the competition through
Campbell Live.

3.

Conditions of Entry: Entry into the Crazy About Rugby family trip to Samoa Promotion requires an Eligible
Entrant to submit an entry through the CAMPBELL LIVE email by MIDNIGHT FRIDAY 29 TH MAY. Only one entry
per Eligible Entrant.

4.

Promotion commences MONDAY 11TH MAY 7.00pm and closes MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY 27 TH MAY. (the
Promotional Period). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for the draw.

5.

One (1) winner will be selected on THURSDAY 28TH MAY. Attempts will be made to notify the winners by phone
at the contact telephone number in their entry form. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to
contact the winner by 12NOON THURSDAY 28TH MAY then the prize is forfeited and a further draw will be
conducted. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first valid entry drawn will win:

A trip to Samoa for a family of five people (two of which must be adults, over 18 years)

Return economy flights from Auckland, including the opportunity to fly with the All Blacks to Samoa on an

exclusive Air New Zealand Fan Flight

Return economy flights to Auckland should the winning family be based outside of Auckland

Six nights accommodation from Monday 6 July to Sunday 12 July

Travel must be between 06 July 2015 and 12 July 2015.

Prize winners must travel together on the same flights in both directions.

All Airport and government costs are at the travellers expense.

The Prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the flights including (where
applicable) accommodation, transport, meal costs, spending money, visas, insurance and all other

incidentals.
Stopovers or stopovers within transit are not permitted.

Travel is non transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Travel is not eligible for any frequent flyer (including Airpoints Dollars) accrual, upgrades, companion

redemption or credit of tier status.

Employees of Air New Zealand and their immediate family are not eligible for entry.

The prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for Flights or Airpoints products.

The prize winner must grant Air NZ all rights, title and interest in the video and/or photographs Air NZ has (or its
agents have) taken of me (or of my minor) and any accompanying or related narration (together, the footage)
provided by the prize winner (or minor), including the right to copyright such footage in Air NZs (or its agents)
name and to use such footage in the manner determined by Air NZ.
The winner will agree to release and discharge AIR NZ from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in
connection with the use of the footage referred to above, including without limitation any and all claims of libel,
invasion of privacy or infringement of moral rights.
This grant of rights and release shall operate indefinitely for the benefit of Air NZ, its related bodies corporate and
their employees, agents, licensees and assigns.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize
of equal or greater value.

10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of
entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other persons
computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
11. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
12. The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information
requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed
consent for the Promoter to use the winners details and photographs for promotional and media purposes
