OBJECTIVE:

Seeking a challenging position as medical practice researcher with a progressive organization which
will utilize my skills, abilities and education in biomedical fields. I am also capable handling product
management, operations, and purchasing.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

NYU School of Medicine - Dept. of Environmental Medicine Tuxedo Park, NY

Research Scientist Assistant – PI: Dr. Moon-Shong Tang 2008 – Present

• Studying the mutagenicity and sequence specificity of DNA damage rates by UV irradiation
and Acrolein-DNA adducts
• Analyzing toxicity of Chromium (VI) ligand-conjugated DNA adducts and subsequent
nucleotide excision repair
• Studying DNA repair capacity of bladder and prostate cancer cells via UvrABC and T4
endonuclease V damage
• Research objective is to understand specific mechanisms of DNA damage leading to cancers
and conduct high-throughput screens for inhibitory compounds
• Studying the mutagenicity and repair synthesis capacity of DNA damages by UVC irradiation
and Hydrogen Peroxide treatment on different stages of melanoma and bladder cells
