: Blackened skin, wounds and exfoliated skin
Brief Anamnesis
: The patient complained it for 40 days before getting in hospital. Initially
5 months ago, it began to receive treatment for leprosy in clinic. After taking the leprosy drugs
for almost 6 months later the patient began to complain of red spots, itching and swelling. Then
become scaly plus discharge and odor. Patient had been treated before in Bhayangkaras hospital
with the same symptoms accompanied by melena then the patient is refered to RS Wahidin
Sudirohusodo. A history of treatment for leprosy at health centers and treatment in Jeneponto
almost 6 months, then the complaint appeared.
