PROGRESS CHART
Name ......................................................................................................................................................
Age .....................................................................Class...........................................................................
School.....................................................................................................................................................
Your teacher will explain how this Progress Chart is to be used.
One way of using it is to take away one mark for each
mistake you make on a page. Suppose you make two mistakes on page three. You will score 8 out of 10, and eight
out of ten squares for page three can be shaded. The more
squares you are able to shade the better your work.
Try to work so well that every square is shaded.

Dear Ethel,
Will you come to tea on Saturday? I do hope you can. Come about four
oclock as usual and I will meet you at the bus at the end of the road. I shall be
pushing my dolls pram.
Mummie has promised to take us to the pictures after tea to see what is, I think, a
very funny Film. Do please ask your mother if you can come with us. You wil be able
to get home just after eight, I should think.
With love,
