Position Title: Test Manager

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Minimum qualification : B.E.(Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical), Electrical
preffered.
Preferred Experience : 10-12 years

Summary of JD:
Field experience of commissioning of Motion Control System (Drives and PLC)
for various applications.
Experience in programming of PLC, Drives.
Experience in programming in CodeSys platform.
Ability to analyze requirements, design /configure motion applications and
define test approach & analyze test execution results, defects.
Experience of project management and people management.
Very Good communication skills written and verbal.
Good to have experience of programming language like Python, Java, C,C++,
experience of using various protocols like Modbus, Profibus, CAN and Ether CAT

Specific Duties:
1.SOW creation / update.
2.Test Resource management
3.Metric capture & front ending customer communications
4.Planning & tracking for achieving milestone activities in schedule.
5.Technical Reviews.
6.Identification and Implementation of testing methods & tools.
7.Conduct training for team members.
8.Mentoring & technical leadership to the team members.
9.Create & deploy Quality Assurance Plans for System Testing.
10.Ensure Maximum Test Coverage.
11.Defect analysis on reported defects.
12.Testing Infrastructure setup & follow-up for new hardware.
13.Risk Management.
14.Recruitment support
