Nestle at the request of his attorney. The purpose of testing regarded allegations of verbal threats of violence against a company he previously worked for identified as the Junesse Company. It was also alleged by the examinee that his signature had been forged on a settlement agreement. The subject stated that he does not own a firearm not did he fabricate a story about his signature being a forgery on the settlement agreement. Based on the information provided to me by the subject and his denials, I was able to formulate issue questions for the purpose of testing. ‘The examinee was provided with a detailed explanation of the polygraph instrument and physiology as it pertains to polygraph testing. ‘The examinee was advised that recordings would be made of the involuntary and uncontrollable responses by volumetric sensors that are placed around the chest and abdomen, two electrodes are attached to the finger tips and an inflated blood pressure cuff is placed on the upper arta, The test questions were reviewed with the examinee prior to testing to avoid any difficulties with semantics and to ensure there was @ complete and accurate understanding of each questions meaning.
