Plan International invites highly competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the
following position:

Recruitment Specialist (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent will handle and maintain the recruitment and selection processes and secure that it is
conducted accordingly. He/she will provide quality HR services.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human resource management/or any related course to
behavioural science. Must have trainings in Recruitment and Human Resource Records
Management; a know-how on Psychometrics is an advantage. Must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years
of experience in doing human resource roles; with direct experience in recruitment strategies -planning and selection.

Advocacy Officer (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent will lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the local and
global campaigns of Plan Philippines. He/she will plan, develop and implement an appropriate
advocacy strategy for Plan Philippines. He/she will coordinate and communicate with other
development networks with key decision makers, and serves as liaison with national media.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Management or Social
Sciences is required. Masters in related courses is an advantage. Must have trainings in Community
Organizing, Community Development; Program/ Project Management and Event Organizing. Must
have 3-5 years of experience in advocacy work on children.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (1), Based in Makati City


The incumbent will facilitate the Programme Accountability and Learning System (PALS) processes
and standards are adhered to and that the assigned geographic areas Monitoring, Evaluation and
Research (MER) plan is formulated, implemented and updated as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Social Science, Statistics, Social Work, Community Development or other related course
is required. Must have trainings in Project Management, participatory research and monitoring &
evaluation methods especially involving girls and boys in the processes, and project proposal
development. Must have at least 5 years of experience in development work; At least 3 years of
experience in conducting research, planning, developing and managing community development
work related projects.
Child and Youth Advocacy Coordinator, Based in Makati City
The incumbent will assist in the development and implementation of the Advocacy an
Communications plan to promote the Girl Declaration at the national level using innovative
approaches, strategies and methods. He/she will coordinate child and youth advocacy activities,
ensuring that expected results are delivered and appropriate protocols (e.g., on child protection and
youth engagement) are followed and upheld at all times. He/she will develop and maintain

relationships with child and youth advocates, partners, and key representatives from government
agencies, civil society organizations and media. He/she will also assist in the preparation of project
reports and communication materials.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Communications, Social Science or related courses is a must. Two
(2) years of volunteer or work experience in conducting advocacy campaigns is recommended but
fresh graduates with a strong advocacy and communications background are welcome to apply.
Demonstrated skills in child and youth engagement, strategic communications and advocacy are
highly desirable. Above average verbal and written communication skills in English are preferred.
